I sent one check for $10 and a second check for $20 for two copies of Insiders Reports with a full money back guarantee I returned the two reports with full paid postage. I received a Refund Check for $7 from American Publishing Corporation with the statement "We are refunding the money you paid us, less the postage and handling charges" The check was drawn on PFF Bank $ Trust Chino CA 91710 90-7049-3222 The check contained the notation: REFUNDS FOR MCDOWELL-STAR-KEYSTONE PUBLISHING, (WHICH i WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT IF POSSIBLE)
