I loss a lot of times try to sign-up for pay bill online... I try so many times, evenly on phone same time with your technic person to help me... But more ten 10 times still can sign-up. Up to now I'm overdue with my payment (and I don't like to pay over the phone, cause my safety issue). Please help. Thank.
