Shopdigitaldirect is a bad company that has one of the worst costumer services. I order a camcorder online and I got several phone calls and e-mails about the want to contact me. I called them up and Victor (salesman) wants me to buy a lot more stuff that I did not want to buy. He tolled me that must of the people spent more than $3,000 went buying and I said that I spent the money that I want, the guy got real upset and he cancel my order. I call to speak with a supervisor and Joey came up, he said he was a supervisor which I don't believe but anyway we were talking and my the battery of cell phone went off and the supervisor place my order, he did call and left a message on my cell phone that he did place the order. I call after 4 minutes and I spoke to Dominick. I asked to put stop on my order he said that won't be a problem. The next day I call and Jessica said my order was placed. I told her what happen yesterday and she just transferred the call to Victor which has nothing to be with the second order. I call again and Williams came alive, he stated that he spoke to me yesterday and I said no I have not spoke to any Williams. He explain that he was the one who place the second order and claim that he never said his name was Joey. They are unique people. Just be carefully buying with these company they main goal is to sales stuff on the phone and they place the order even if your are not agree.
