These companies are scams. Their parent company contacts your business and asks who the office manager is. They then use the manager's name as the "source" for bogus orders that they send to you and expect payment or re-stocking fees if you refuse delivery. They offer ridiculous warranties such as "lifetime" for light bulbs and 5 years for cleaning solution. They need to be shut down.
