Fraud and theft

I contracted and paid this company to make badges fro my Fire Crew in Colorado. Paul requested my collection of badges for payment instead of actual money.

I sent everything to him ahead of time and was told I would have the finished product within 6 weeks. 2 months later nothing was done. I waited until the third month before I requested refund or return of payment. At that time nothing was done on my order.

I am at 6 months now and have only received partial refund/return of what I sent him and still NOTHING has been done to make the order I requested. I am now having to file a claim against Paul Bodenhamer and Cruzan Badges to recover my losses. This person outright stole my property with no intention of ever making the badges that he claims to make.

I now have to spend more money and time to get what is owed to me. I highly suggest that no dealings be made with this person or this business, it is very suspect as to what he can do or actually does.
