Not received gas coupons promised after attending semina

I attended Global Exchange Vacation Club timeshare seminar and was given incentive of obtaining gas coupons worth $100.00 if I mailed in the form given at the seminar. I mailed the form on 09/22, the day after the seminar. Have not heard anything from this company.
