Reading how many people are being scammed with the "fine print" of these "ebooks" and "membership" charges to credit cards after we have cancelled and returned this tea.
What is troubling is that they have so many different phone numbers, no set address and I guess they figure if they give us "credit" for the most recent charge... They keep what they have taken over however many months it took to see this on our cards!
In 3 months they've taken $50 from our credit card... Multiply that on the hundreds of people they are doing this to daily.
I have contacted the Division of Consumer Affairs to report their practices and will definitely take the time and the trouble to follow through with the complaint process. I believe these people expect that we will give up and go away. Not this one!
