Ctss, las vegas has falsely took $24.87 from me

They have send me the letter telling that you have won $980,000. So to claim it they require $24.87 processing fee within ten days. I have send that money to the given address, but untill now they have not responded. They are fraud people. The federal officials should be to catch such companies and provide our money back.
