Rip-off deceptive company Cedar Knolls

I signed up for the quit smoking hypnosis seminar and was told it was "guaranteed satisfaction or your money back". When I called to request my money back because the hypnosis obviously did not work, I was told I had to attend "several more" sessions and then request my money back if it didn't work.

These sessions are in my area every 6 months or so, that means it may be years before I can request my money back. What a rip-off!!
