This is a scam I recieved my letter about three days ago and immediatley I knew something is wrong when the mailing information for me was misspelled. A legitamate company would not send out mail this way.
Secondly, I started doing some research of my own on the first day I found the actually Signature Service Corporation (www.signatureservices.com/) are a food service specialists company basically a catering company. This Survey Pro fake company has taken the information from the above site and used for there scam.
I even went so far as to fax the REAL Survey Pro (www.thesurveypro.com/) and Mrs. T. Hetzer faxed me a document stating they have nothing to do with this company and it was definitely NOT sent by her company.
She gave me this wonderful website (consumer complaints) and I decided to write my own complaint on this company this is not the first report for this company there are others with different address information but it all the same company. Buyer beware.
