Regrettably we purchased 2 machines, had problems with them from DAY1. Grundgy tech came to repair and took vending machine key with him! Kevin who has a very pissy attitude made no attempts to resolve the situation telling us we lost the key! He should not be in the customer service business. We are now Seeking legal council. All potential buyers BEWARE google his business look for other judgments against him.
Kevin is absolutely the worst vendor I have EVER had to deal with.
Oh yeah he offered to buy back the machines at a fraction of the cost so now me thinks hes running a scam
