My youngest son purchase a Chub City car with his own money but was having problems removing the packageing. My teenage son offered to help him. When he was having problems getting it removed himself, he asked for permission from his grandmother to use the phone to call the 1-800 number. My son on his first call was told to call back when they were open? The paper says they are open 9am to 5pm pacific time. My son was calling at around 2pm their local time. He hung up and tried again. The second response he got was that he needed to call back again in an hour. These individuals never did ask my son what his problem was they just blew him off. When I called to talk to them about it I ask for a supervisor and explained what had happened. He then said he wanted to talk to his supervisor. When I asked him if I could talk directly to him I got told no. My son had a problem that he wanted addressed so that he wasn't doing damage to the new toy and they didn't even attempt to find out what it was. I am sure they assumed that he was playing around when he wasn't. But they did not ask him at all what his problem was to even find out. I will not purchase another toy made by Jada Toys. It's my money. This is still a free enterprise country and yes Jada toys, my story about my experience is protected by the Constitution.
