I saw an internet add offering to erase my credit card debt, legally, for a fee of $2995. Answered the add but decided to mull it over. Gal Suzy NAES Agent 1472 called several times stating she had used NAES to get herself out of debt and since they helped her she decided to become an agent to help others. She convinced me and I joined the organization. My wife had misgivings but agreed to let me try so I sent in the $2995 via credit card which amount would be eliminated through wiping out the debt on the card.
Then followed an intense educational series and copies of letters to send the credit card companies. They [NAES] stated that they had a several lawyers on staff to assist me if I had any problems. I had to partake of several group telephone calls in which they answered any questions we might have. When I called my agent Suzy, she usually suggested I partake of the group phone call for an answer. I did partake in several phone calls and wrote the letters which made the credit card companies unhappy, with the result that I am now being sued by one aand answering collectin lawyers for the other two. I only entered to begin with so I am no better off now than when I started. I would strongly suggest and advise not doing any business with this company.
