I find it unbelievable how this company thinks they are going to get away with this. I have dealt with scammers in the past and have friends and family who have lost thousands$ in the Nigerian Bank scam but this is rediculous!
Same story as everyone else on usacomplaints.com. Signed up for a "free" Luminous Brites sample for $4.99 and cancelled within the allotted time. They still sent the almost $90 package a few wks later then charged my BANK account (i know, stupid me) the $88.97.
Calling the 866 number doesn't help and sending many many emails has done nothing. At first they emailed back and said if I had read the terms and conditions I could've cancelled in time. They insisted that there are thousands of users who cancelled on time and "enjoy" their product. YOU have got to be kidding me! This company steals money, scams people and thinks they're getting away with it?!
I truly hope that filing this complaint is actually going to accomplish something aside from making me feel like I'm not the only one having gone through this. PLEASE usacomplaints.com forward these to the CA BBB and help us stop the company, shut it down! The website is still up and I hate them!!
