Do not order from doxy!!!
On 9.4 I purchased two bath suits which I was immediately charged for. On Sept 25th, I received one of the suits. Per the companies email the other suit was to ship out within 4 to 7 days. It is now October 27 and I have nothing. As there is no way to contact them other than email, I have been emailing daily WITHOUT response back. The website states 24 hour response which to date I have not experienced for well over a month of trying to reach someone.
I will be taking them to the BBB, as well as, filling a complain with the State of MO.
I have also requested credit on my credit card which I have not response back on either. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company on them as well for the missing suit.
