Jere Parkhurst has been stealing from Real Estate agents, investors and the general public for years!
He has cashed Realtor commission checks and not paying the Realtors! Then if he was pressured, he would give a check to the agent and it would bounce!
Jere Parkhurst advertised Auctions for distressed properties.in order to "get in" his auction, the Seller had to pay a $1000 deposit. There were two auctions that were never held ("postponed" as he would say) and people were wanting their money back. (of course the contract stated the money was "non refundable") He is continuing to market for auctions and on the hunt for new victims.
Another one of his schemes: It seems Jere was/is "borrowing" money to renovate homes, then let them go to foreclosure! There are several investors that are out hundreds of thousands of dollars that they gave him, or refinanced their homes to give him money. And they are still making payments on their equity loans while Jere is not paying anything back!
There are multiple judgements against Jere Parkhurst for promissory notes and lawsuits where he just won't show up and receives a judgement. Why not... It's not being enforced!
Jere Parkhurst was evicted from his high-rise office due to a default on the lease (again), has moved his company to the North side of Phoenix, changed his LLC, and changed his company name to Citi Core Real Estate. All in an attempt to elude creditors, process servers, police and people wanting their money back!
Seems that Jere and his wife, Michelle, allegedly took money from her family (Tucker Farms) for over $1.185 Million! Michelle's parents are suing them both! Check out the case on the Arizona Court systems.
You wonder how Michelle got her Real Estate license with all those judgements and lawsuits? She has that one figured out! She is licensed under "D. Parkhurst Session". Look up the lawsuits and you will see a combination of names she uses that include: Dawn Michelle Blockey Parkhurst Session.
Many of us are trying to seek restitution from Jere Parkhurst. Because he is not licensed, he is not held to the same Code of Ethics and Commissioner Rules as a Realtor! Yet he is allowed to "own" a Real Estate Company and continue to feed off unsuspecting investors, realtors, and the general public! This man and woman need to be stopped! They have harmed so many people and have no conscience! The Attorney General has been contacted, but there are not enough complaints to draw attention to this scam artist.
