Order and paid through money gram did not receive order and no one answer telephone

I ordered $216 worth of jamaican grocery from this company, mr glen hutchinson called and told me that their credit card system was not working so I should send the money through moneygram, he then asked for the number so he could get the money. He never called me back and he never deliver the grocery. He is a scamm in the usa I hope you will report him to the Federal Government and The Chamber of Commerce.
