The "company" has a very slick internet ad page cleverly worded to inspire trust and confidence. Don't fall for it as I did. I wish that I had read the complaints before ordering. The so-called "Italian" or "Swiss" Rolex replicas appear to be very cheap reproductions (probably from China) that can be bought on the street for $50 or less.
When my "Italian-made" replica failed after three weeks — stopped running — I called and emailed them with no response. Let my loss be your gain. Don't — REPEAT — Don't be taken in by these scam artists no matter what you read on their web site or endorsements from so-called "satisfied customers."
The operation — given my experience and multiple other complaints (see complaints) — appears to be a fraud and, if so, one that's making use of the U.S. Postal Service to perpetrate it. May be a potential RICO prosecution here.
