Straw deals and increasing income for the consumer

Major forms of fraud

#1 issue

This dealership has recently been increasing the income to have numerous of their customers be able to buy a car.By doing this the income will balance out so the debt going out is less than a specific percent so the banks will buy the deal. This is highly illegal not to mention also when they are signing a blank credit application.

#2 issue

By documentation of proof of their deals the do what is called a "straw deal" highly illegal.

A straw deal is when a customer wants to buy a car but the dealership can not get the advance or the rate they need to get the deal approved so the get a co signer and kick the original consumer off the deal. So who is actually buying the car. Not the original buyer is the co applicant. Highly illegal in every state. This is a common practice for this dealership.

We as consumers do not need automobile dealerships like this. We ask why is our economy so bad, well for obvious reasons like these!

These are illegal and considered major forms of fraud!
