After I cancelled, had a bogus collector to call and harass me

First they ask you to pay a price that will get you started right away. The you are asked to spend more money to exposure on the net.
I called to cancel and now I am being called by a bogus collection agency with a rude person that threatened my credit report if I didn't pay.

I cannot find this collection agency that calls themselves State Recovery Systems.
I have been scammed.
