My 18 year old son was ripped off by these creeps. He read the listing on www.craigslist.com. He called to set up an interview. I called them personally to ask if this was one of those companies that he would have to bring money to for the interview and or job. I was assured it wasn't! He went to his first ever job interview, very nervous of course. He graduated high in his class at school, so I know he is smart. They told him that it was too hard for him to find a job on his own, they he was better off with them. They claimed to have a job set up for him already. They basically scared him into signing a contract with them, as he needs a job to pay for gas to attend college. He gave them $30, and they wanted him to come back the next day with $335.00 more. I contacted them myself, and they said he signed it - he is responsible to pay. I asked about a buyers remorse clause, and was told they don't and wont do that. We contacted the bank to close his account, as they got his account info under the pretense that it would be used to deposit his pay into. I can not believe these people are being allowed to stay in business - a business that is set up to rip the public off. I can not believe that craigslist is still allowing them to post on their site. Someone in Norfolk needs to step up to the plate and protect the community!!! Times are hard enough for everyone, but these people are blood sucking leaches.
