Does not stand behind what they sell!

I bought a new fridgidair July 23. They replaced the first one that was delivered because when you opened the refriderator door the freezer would pop open.

The second one they delivered after the delivery guys left started making a noise. I scheduled for them to come out and fix it a week later.

I came home from a 4 day trip to find the freezer not cooling properly. I scheduled for them to come out and fix it. They scheduled for the wrong day. I waited and no one showed up.

I had someone come today to fix it and of course he did not have the parts to fix it. I have taken 4 hours off for 9 different days on a brand new refrigerator and it is still not fixed.

I called the Customer Serivce manager and told him I wanted a new refridgerator before this last guy came out today and was told it is after 30 days and they will not replace it. When I told him of my frustration Ken informed me that is "life" things happen, things break!

I will never buy another item from HH Gregg and I will tell everyone I know. That is not life! That is Karma, Ken!
