Starten credit direct.com took $99 from my checking acct without my authorization. I saw it on my bank statement! I donot even know who this is. I called the 8004300672 number to find out it wasedp reporting. I was on hold for 12 minutes each time without ever speaking to a representative. How do we stop this?
