I am being charged monthly to the tune of 9.95 and 39.95 but i don't know what for, as whatever i signed up for did not come, nor did even an email confirmation
They were supposed to credit me for all of my charges, as i never received any product, but so far have only done one for 40 but there are still 100 more
I called again and now i am to wait for a supervisor to call in 24-48 hrs to talk to me,
I just want my money back, any terms and conditions are not valid, since i never received the product with the information for the other services to go with it or to even try, so how can i know if i'd have utilized whatever it is that they are offering
