AT & T overcharged me and when i called the company a nice woman in Customer Service worked with me and listened to my explanation on why the charges were wrong. It took a few minutes to explain it all and that i have been a loyal customer and she then adjusted my bill and reworked it so that i did not owe the extra that was originally charged. Thanks for being a good company that cares about the consumer and values the customer. All mobile phone companies should be this good at working with the consumer.
