Complaint / review text:
I received a renewal notice (past due) on 9/2/08. Checked my records and I renewed 7/3/08, Subscribed 4/2/08 w/dial America Marketing Inc, renewed with the Hearst Corp 10/31/07. I am receiving two copies each month lately and know that something is wrong.
I tried to go onto the pay online site that was on my renewal invoice which is www.pay. Countryliving.com. I could not get in touch with a "person", just took me to sites that I did not want, even the one with Customer help, I could not write my concerns or talk to anyone. I went on Manage my account, same thing happened. I went to complaint and saw someone had written with my problem and decided to write my problem here.
I just want to know what is going on and straighten it out. There is no phone number on the invoice I received or the site so I am stuck. I guess this way I will go on and on with two subscriptions and constant renewal payments. I need help getting to the bottom of this.
