Yesterday I found a fraudulent charge in my checking account. I called this company I'd never heard of before and they insisted rudely that I had to have wanted their services as they had my email address and my credit card number. The password they had was nothing I ever would have used.
So either the company hacked into my email and bank account or a third party did. The date it was charged I didn't even use my computer at all.
They wouldn't even tell me what the business is as since I bought it I must know.
They did agree to cancel the service but not refund my money. Telling me I should have read the contract. This blew my top and I old them my bank would get it back and they countered they can't. I really a class action suit is started on this company. I live solely on my veterans disability and cannot throw money around. This charge even caused a legitimate bill bounce and incur a NSF charge.
So I contend they owe me their $130 and the $25 charge.
