A Heather Morgan called from (630) 282-5762 from Stonely Recovery Associates, mispronounced my name and said I needed to call her immediately.
I had a major financial reversal in 2007 and got way behind, so much so my only alternative besides bankruptcy was mediation. I changed all my accounts to a cell number I seldom use. This woman had the audacity to call my home phone number. I was steaming when I heard that message from her on my home phone voice mail and left a message saying in no uncertain terms to stop calling me at my home phone; that I was dealing with a company that just dealt with hard copy letter, not voice mail messages.
I was incensed to read the reports on your site about this rip off company. If these people had a financial reversal, they may have more compassion, empathy and understanding for others. Rip off artists like this make me sick.
