Sent me a counterfit check to claim the Aug. 2008 Sweepstakes draw

Publishers Sweepstakes commission Inc. Sent me a check for $4,976 that I was to deposit in my bank account to cover the processing fees for the $500,000.00 Aug. Sweepstakes draw I had won! But not before calling my North American claims agent, larry woodworth @ 888-556-1780.

The 4976 is just under the limit at the bank required for putting a hold on it, I know because I took the check and showed them what I'd received in the mail. The bank kept the check and letter to turn it over to the proper authorities.

The check and letter look very real And I sure needed the money but it just seemed too good to be true so I did some research on the internet, googled some names and ended up here where I found 3 other people that had been scamed by the same outfit.

I never called the claims agent but I'm sure there was somebody there swearing the check was good and wanting me to send them some money to cover taxes or something.
There are a lot of good sweepstakes out there but this ain't one of them!!
