I subscribed to recieve certain magazines which I have not recieved. I have been receiving magazines that I do not want. (lots of them). When I first subscribed I was told that they would just be handling my change of address for my current subscripions, of which I have missed a couple of issues since they have become inolved.
I was also told that I would be able to choose from a list of magazines so I could switch from a magazine Ididnt like to one that I choose. I never recieved a list of choices, I have instead been receiving lots of magazines that I do not want, and I am being billed for them.
I do not have a phome number or an e-mail address for this company, so I wrote them a letter and sent it with a package of the unwaned magazines. The response that I got was a letter from a collection agency stating that my account is delinquent and that I owe $164.00.
I am afraid that this is going to hurt my credit, and I do not want to pay for a service that I am so unhappy with. I am unable to communicate with the company about it. I want to keep my magazine subscriptions that I had before this company interfered with that. But I do not know how to undo this mess and deal only with my magazine of choice.
If anyone has a solution, please let me know.
