I noticed this month a charge on my bank statement that I didn't understand. I found a 1-800 number and called it. Even now I have no idea why I've been paying $19.95 a month. They never did explain what service or product I was getting. But I have been paying for months.
So here I sit and have no way of finding out what I've been paying for. I talked to a man and them a woman who would not give me any information but did say they would cancel my membership (to what I have no idea). English was not their first language, which didn't help.
