In May of Henry Joseph Williams Jr. (DOB 08/22/xx) contacted American Events & Promotions of Denver Colorado, to plan a surprise, romantic evening for his fiancee. Everyone ended up more than surprised when he used a bogus credit card to "pay" for the event. He selected THE most expensive and only 5 star hotel in Denver - The Brown Palace Hotel. American Events has all the emails, tex messages and voice messages from Henry Williams requesting prime rib, champagne, special flowers... We arranged for a private candlelit dining room for two with a custom menu and beverages. All meal creations were hand crafted by the international head chef of the hotel. Dinner included 8 courses, fresh floral centerpeice, a custom pastery cake shaped like a piano - A PRIVATE VIOLIN CONCERT for over an hour, a horse - drawn carriage ride through downtown Denver, consierge services, more flowers, valet parking and more. Total for the evening came to roughly $ 1,500.00. The day of the event he gave us his credit card to charge the items he selected. We had to await until the end of the evening to add in all the charges, champagne, tips to the maitre d', etc. Henry Joseph Williams Jr. Managed to cancel his credit card - that afternoon. (How convenient!?) He assured us he we give a replacement card. A month later - he assured us he would mail us a check. 3 weeks later he promised to mail a check. Then he threatened to sue us for harassment for sending him emails with invoices. DA! He claims to have a law degree. Maybe he wasn't paying attention in school? We mailed him invoices - but the address he provided - to match the bogus credit card - all came back as addressee unknown. How convenient again! So we filed civil charges in Adams County Colorado. When he got wind we were after him - he quit his job at Paychex.com in Denver, Colorado. Henry Joseph Williams Jr. Managed to rip off numerous other entities in Colorado and has recently - July - fled from Aurora, Colorado to HOUSTON TEXAS AREA.
This is CRIMINAL INTENT and CREDIT CARD FRAUD to steal services and cancel a credit card so he does not have to pay. What a charmer ladies! He can steal from a small business to show you a romantic evening on the town. We are in contact with numerous other individuals who he has swindled with his fancy law degree!
Between attorney fees, private investigators, court costs, service fees, late charges & interest we have financed the romantic evening of Henry Williams to the tune of $ 1,800!
