Gallan is dishonest rat. Gallan the IRS is waiting. The IRS can get your home state from paypal. Gallan owes the IRS back taxes for scam income. Gallan doesn't pay taxes for the scams he runs on ebay. Gallan Uncle Sam wants ya. When people need help they reach out to others to fill the void they feel! It pains me to see that other ebay sellers are out there for person gain! Could careless about the heart that came to them for help! It is forbidden to work for personal gain and causes great harm and misfortune for the unsuspected consumer. It is sad that some of the other ebay sellers sell nothing but false hope to people that are in need of help and hearts are hurting!
