Aka target visa applied for visa at target store Nov. 2 never received it. Minneapolis

I applied for a Visa card at a Target store while charging my new purchases to this new account on November 2.

To this date January 10 did not receive the promised credit card, I did get the bill statement for those purchases with my Visa account number on it, but no actual card yet.
