I established my company 8yrs ago and grew it to a 12,000, 000.00 company in gross sales. While on one of my trips overseas my GM Leduan Fernandez stripped my company of $388,000.00. It was withdrawn from the company account via transfers and checks payable to his name and the company he established Synthesis Power.
This was the companies working capital and has rendered my company helpless. I hired and attorney by the name of Scott Lazar located in Miami, that now I have found out has been over billing me and has been working in conjunction with the guilty party. Leduan Fernandez is a Cuban refugee that has been in the USA for 9 years who's still not a Citizen.
While working in my company he opened and operated a parallel company selling my companies items and keeping 100% of the profits. There two other parties involved, A friend of Leduan Fernandez that also worked at my company his name is Tony Simon, He wiped clean the computer system to eliminate traces of proof, and was a parallel sales person for my company and Leduans; I was able to recover much of the information and proof to prosecute. I have a wife and kids and our only source of income was my company. I have all the proof of all checks, and wire transfers done by Leduan, also all the proof of the items sold by Leduan
As I stated all the proof is in black and white but the attorney defending him is also an ex police officer and believe that is using influence to his favor.
