I called my MI provider to cancel after discovering my employer provides similar services for free. I was told my their representative over the phone it would be taken care of. After checking the last 3 months on my credit card, I discovered they are still charging me ever month! I tried to call and NOW they tell me I had to submit my cancellation in writing or at their cus. Ser. Email address. I tried; there is no such thing.
So how the heck do I cancel!
I put it in dispute on my credit card.
I agree with previous reports here, a legal service WOULD know how to legally get around unjustly continuing to bill our credit cards.
Is there no justice in this world???
