Found charges on checking account from company for items not ordered.
Called 1-800-973-2664 and talked to a "machine". Evidently I ordered TV Guide & Home and Gardens on October 19 and they were "nice" enough to be extending service by taking money from account without notifying me first.
They then informed me via 'Ms. Automation' that it would take 1-2 billing cycles to refund my charges.
I am on disability and can ill afford $67.00 floating around until they decide to refund it. I cannot afford insufficient check charges that are bound to occur secondary to this.
Do I have a snowball's chance in hell of recouping check charges? Probably not.
