Charged me 2.95 and then a week later charged me 49.50 promised the only charge would be 2.95

I was interested in getting a goverment grant to try and purchase a home and i got screwed. They called me and then i went through the whole thing with them they told me it was only 2.95 i asked them to gurantee that i would only be charged the one time fee and a week later i got charged 49.50.

Now i am really pi*ed off because i am a single mom with two kids who is on a strict budget and rents due and i ma short 49.50.
