Advertised drugs at a cheap price. Paid $40.00 to find out the fee was oly for membership. No drugs, no refund

As advertised on the internet I sent $33.99 to RXPOP to purches drugs. After taking my credit card number they reveled the $33.99 was for membership only. I tried to e-mail and phone them to request a refund to no avail.
