I ordered two grout kits containing tools and sealants. They both came but the sealant is hard as a rock in both orders!
I've tried contacting them, but the only contacts, both computerized, is for new orders and to track existing orders. I've tried to find both the Proseal people as well as the manufacturer of the grout, Shopflash, Inc., without success.
My intent was to have the tubes of sealant replaced. After reading all of your messages here, I can see that it would be a waste of my time to try to do so providing I could find the proper contact.
Thanks to all of your warnings, I'll be monitoring my credit card to make sure that they don't try to charge me for anything else! Thanks for the heads up.
