At the beginning of the month I saw a charge for 29.95 come out of my account from AP9 24 Protect Plus that I didn't authorize. Then one from Privacy Matters which was authorized 19.95 a month. I didn't know it at the time but the two agencies are working together.
I have only seen One or Two transactions from Privacy Matters and the rest are from 24 Protect Plus for 29.95 and all in the month of August. 24 Protect Plus has stole over 100 dollars from me.
When I cought on to what was going on I immediately Privacy matters to cancel and they said they did and that all refunds would be on your next billing cycle. Well today is August 26th and I just received another transaction for 29.95 from 24 Protect Plus when there should have been a few refunds already. It seems like the more you confront them about what is going on, the more they steal from you and don't give a number to call to talk to a representative
