I Ms. B was told by the company that the money drafted from my acount was for a grant kit. They took the money out of my acount and never sent me anything

I Noviah was ripped-off by this company. I received a all from them claming that they were part of the united States grant fuand program and the all of it was sound and lagit. They dafted over 298.72 out of my account before I wa suppose to receive the grant kit. It has been ove 6 month and I have not received anything; I also called them back asking for a refund every week from july 21 up until now! Then when ver I call they tell me that their just the people who take the calls an they have no way of getting in contact with them. And it is getting old doing the the same thing evry day to ge my money back!
