Pinnacle Management Company also only cares about one thing: Profit. Pinnacle's idea of being a good neighbor' includes passing the buck, ignoring complaints, pretending problems do not exist within its apartment communities, and disregarding its own lease policies and making the rules up as they go.
Some of Pinnacles staff takes a gamble that you are powerless and there are no resources to rectify your complaints to the police and or Attorney General and or other agencies.
If you complain to their local corporate offices, certain individuals start slandering you as using any means of intimidation that they can think of. From stating you are soliciting drugs to threatening other tenants when of course none of this is NOT true and the person was never corrected, written up and or the police were called. It is all lies!
It is deliberate and malicious attacks by management because of complaining to the Attorney General. If you are gay or a male or racially a minority or you kiss fanny or are so old you cannot talk back or do not care then you may have a chance to survive here. This is not from a prejudice view point but with attempts to tell what is going on because we are all created equal but not here!
In Arizona retaliatory behaviors by a landlord are illegal but attempts to prove this when this company keeps telling untruths and lies causes any decent person stress and or to run in fear.
The manager on the premises has had such unprofessional behaviors that possibly; it would be hard for a decent person to fathom. His immediate supervisor has covered up these bad behaviors with lies and excuses.
This is a 55 and over community and everything that was related to me as some others before the move in for the most part is untrue. What is true is: this is a severely problematic community with hostile management who does not know how to treat some tenants with respect.
There is discrimination, abuse, gossip and unprofessionalism to the highest degree and the turn over rate is about 70% and now they have about 15 to 20 vacancies. This has been continuous!
They also refuse to honor concession that was offered on the inter-net respectfully this is NOT an active community as was told it has as many who are very disabled and need help. Bless their hearts!
I have personally watched many nice people leave because they cannot stand it here and this is not a situation that has affected just a few but many! Honestly!
Do not take this report lightly as there are comments out that the manager here at the premises will go to any lengths to attempt to destroy another if you cross him!
When a person has to deal with such people and or a corporation as this one can only wonder how low have we gone in America?
