Non delivery of paid goods and services

I bought a 08 TADA and paid $1200 for a hitch and tow package. It was to be delivered in one week. It has been three weeks and I still do not have delivery of my tow package or trailer. The sales department is excellent, but Vern and the guys in service are brain dead to say the least. If I had known they were this broke and lazy in the service department, I would have shopped elsewhere!!
