Jefferson Payday Advance And 200cash.com
False Advertising Wilmington, DE 19803

I applied for a loan through 200cash.com. I got a little worried at the end and did not follow my gut instinct which was to get out of there. Once I hit submit it was too late. I chalked it up as lesson learned. Well I must have subconsiously smoked whacky weed or something because I did another search for a payday loan. I found one that didn't seem so complicated and did not require my employer get involved.

In come Jefferson Payday Advance. When I was done with the application I again hit the submit button. Their qualifications were simple and the site did not say they were a match lending site. Everything seemed to be on the up and up. Well imagine my suprise when I was immediately directed to 200cash.com. They just got me for another e-check. I wrote an email to both stating I knew what had just happened. I had been taken twice. Shame on me.

They replied two days later and confirmed they were indeed the owners of Jefferson Payday and the qualifications were the same. I replied: "200cash.com qualifications. These are NOT on the Jefferson website. You can compare the two to see that they are not the same. The last time I checked 1200.00 and 800.00 were two entirely different amounts.
Give me a break. Jefferson does not state "anywhere" that one must get their employer to sign anything.

Not heard back. Probably won't but my bank is blown away by this and wonder themselves how they can stay in business. I said it was because enough people have not contacted the attorney general in Delaware. The 19.00 fee to 200cash.com I can live with: being mislead behind another company, I cannot.

Advertisements that contain representations that are false, misleading, or deceptive are illegal under state and federal laws. To be found guilty of false advertising, it must be shown that the advertisement was deceptive in nature. Proof that the ad actually harmed anyone is not important. Moreover, the intentions of the advertiser are irrelevant, including if the false or deceptive advertisement was a mistake.

It's time to put this guy out of business or better yet in jail. The advertisements on both sites state "money the next day, faxless, and two very different qualifications. This guy admitted he owns many payday sites in his reply email to me. It is illegal to claim one thing to get your business and then change the rules in mid play.

Contact the attorney general in Delaware and email them over and over until they do something with guys intent to commit fraud. I am filing fraud papers tomorrow.
