Continuously sending mail requesting checks for initial reports or debit from checking account, for monthly $125,000/$1,500, 000 annual

I receive packages weekly or more announcing that I have won or will be elligable to win large amount of cash and prizes. They require that I send different amount of money by check anywhere from 2.75 to 19.95 registration fees, accounting fees and many other fees. I have sent $3.00 a while back with no results, and thats what I figured, but I wanted to see for myself. I will be sending a report as often as possible from here on out. This is the first organization that I have found that has been interested. The law has no assistance at all.
