I applied for a courier position on Yahoo Jobs.com. I uploaded my resume http://recruiter. Hotjobs. Yahoo.com/rdt/JM100.php? JOB_ID=9043999 and assumed I was applying for Lincare Inc.in Memphis, Tn. I received a email from Ashley Irwin confirming that they (State Express Couriers) had received my resume and I was "hired" and they then sent me a W-2 and I9 form to complete my employment and assured me I'd be working at home making 1800 a month plus, $400 for gas allowance.
I faxed the forms and emailed them the next week and a Alexander Yosiff sent an email stated that he is my manager and if I had questions email him with my login at my own email address wxxxx and my password is xxxx I saw the page for where I were to input tracking info. I email him he email back from the "state express courier" website stating I will receive my first shipment at the end of this week 8-11-08.
Now I logon and the URL is no longer there. I feel so robbed and is in disbelief over this. I thought Lincare was a great company I have known of a person that really did work for this company. I thought I had a job. Now my personal info is out somewhere on a W-2 and I-9. Should I contact the IRS?
