Unauthorized charges

OAN (LaurenTel) charged our AT&T telephone account an $8.43 set up charge.

This company had not been authorized to do so and it was very difficult to have the charge removed as they kept transfering the call until a person or another company could not take care of the problem.

I went back to AT&T to get the charge removed.
