Failed Bank; tried to sell account which would raise interest rate to 18%, no personal reps available to help resolve billing issue...
This company was taken over by FDIC when it failed. First they tried to con me in to transferring to another company that would have charged 18 % interest. Next they started charging an erroneous $29 late fee for the last 3 months. The first month I was able to talk to customer service. Since then there are no "live" reps to talk to, they still haven't reversed the erroneous charges and have not responded to 3 written disputes.
