Charged my master card with my permission

I received a charge of $49.97 on my master card. This charge i did not aprove. I have never ordered anything from sellers lounge. I do not know where they got my information. They said it cane from ip-72-148-119-205 i have the least idea what this means.
All i know is that it is a unorithized charge.
This company is dealing in crimal acts.
